What is BASECAMP ?
BASECAMP is an inclusive, multi-pace gravel festival & campout, where everyone is welcome. Groups will ride at different paces so every rider can choose their challenge zone. We want everyone to find their pack, meet new people and explore what we believe is some of B.C.’s best gravel, here in Summerland, BC the heart of the South Okanagan.

Why?
We love gravel bikes, camping & music and wanted to share our backyard with the community. We feel our unique approach to a non-timed event allows people to truly enjoy the journey at their own pace.
Ride Info
The main ride will be approx. 85km with around 1500m of elevation gain. Although most of the route will be classic gravel FSR roads, there will be some single track adventures with some technical sections.
Camping
There is camping available at the venue. This unique option is part of the reason why this venue was so perfect for the event as it is right on gravels doorstep.

Ride Difficulty
This will be a pretty
challenging ride for most.
The average finish time for the 2022 ride was around 5-6 hours.
